So we have gone from likely traveling in February to maybe in March and now to "early April."  Easter in China?  The process can get bogged down at this point.  The adoption has been approved but travel paperwork sits somewhere in a gov't office in China. 
We long to be there and then for Isaac Kehua to be here.
